The choice to stay or wait on this man that calls you “when he is down” is a personal issue for you. Does he call or come over other than when “he is down”, or is that the only time? Sweetheart if that is the only time he calls or comes over, then my suggestion is to MOVE ON.

Don’t be a “doormat”, we all want to be loved but not as a convenience. You deserve to be loved, wanted and needed by someone who is willing to be there for you as well. The attention is awesome, but don’t mistake that attention for something that may not be in his heart.

ASK HIM, how does he feel about you, tell him how you feel, take a chance, a risk, he may be wondering the same thing about you. Obviously you have already established a friendship, build on that and if you get the “green light” from him, go for it, if not, move on and keep searching. Best of Luck!
